On Monday 2 March 2015, Alberto met with Blaby District Cllr Marian Broomhead at the home of Mrs Ruth Corby to look at the ongoing development on Winchester Road.

Alberto enjoyed a well attended coffee morning on Saturday 28th February 2015 at Misterton Hall, where he met residents of Walcote and the surrounding area and listened to residents’ concerns.
On Tuesday 24th February 2015, Alberto, visited the 3aaa Leicester Academy to meet the team and some of its apprentices.Alberto was given a tour by Claire Phillips, the Academy Manager, and learned about the good work that this academy is undertaking with local young people and Leicestershire businesses.
On Saturday 21st February 2015, Alberto attended a coffee morning at Arnesby Village Hall, where he met many local residents who were pleased to meet with Alberto.

Alberto Costa , visited Magna Park on Friday 13 February to inspect for himself the area where it is proposed to develop Magna Park. He met with Mr Gwyn Stubbings, IDI Gazeley’s Planning Director who told him about the plans and took him to see an existing warehouse operation.
Alberto Costa recently visited British Gas’ business services contact centre at Grove Park. Alberto learnt about the British Gas sales apprenticeship scheme, and met with the first 11 apprentices employed to the new programme last October.
