On Friday 18th November, South Leicestershire MP, Alberto Costa visited the Millfield LEAD Academy in Braunstone Town to speak to the school’s assembly about ‘National Anti-Bullying Week’ and this year’s theme the ‘Power for Good’.
On Friday 11th November, Member of Parliament for South Leicestershire, Alberto Costa, visited the new Community Library in Sapcote to meet with members of the library’s committee and to hold a constituency surgery for the people of the village and the surrounding area.

On Friday 28th October, South Leicestershire MP visited local Engineering business, Bowers & Freeman, in Wigston in order to meet with Managing Director and South Leicestershire constituent, John Bowers, and to tour the engineering works.
On Monday 24th October 2016, Alberto Costa, Conservative Member of Parliament for South Leicestershire, met with Samantha and Wayne of South Leicestershire based Archie’s Army, in the Houses of Parliament in Westminster.
On Friday 21st October, South Leicestershire MP, Alberto Costa visited the historic Greyhound Coaching Inn in Lutterworth in order to meet with owner and proprietor Robert Eggleston and to tour the Inn's facilities and to meet staff.
Alberto Costa MP on Tuesday 18th October asked a question in the House of Commons to the Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson. He was asking about the rights of Italian citizens in the UK be able to continue living in Britain following the Brexit referendum.
